Shared Accounts

At Landmark, we understand the need for some researchers to share their projects with their collaborators, so that everyone can view, edit, and upload the audios that are required for their transcription project.

This is the reason why we created the “Shared Account” feature. This feature will enable all authorized participants to view all tickets their collaborators have uploaded to our platform specifically on their shared account.

1. Create a regular account

Create a regular account by registering on here. You will receive an email with your credentials.

2. Request a shared account

Please fill in in order to request a shared account. You will be asked to provide us with your collaborators information such as name, email and phone.

3. Wait for our confirmation

Once your account has been validated and set up by our team, we will confirm you via email, so that you can start using this account immediately. Your collaborators will also be notified.
