What is an SCC file?
The SCC file type is primarily associated with Scenarist by Sonic Solutions.
It is used in popular video editing & production programs like Adobe products, Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, and more.
Other closed caption making software will use this format as well.
You need a suitable software like Scenarist to open an SCC file. Without proper software you will receive an error alert. If you cannot open your SCC file, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click “Open with” and choose an application.
