How to delete your files from Landmark's platform

Once you have logged in to your portal, please go to your tickets by clicking on the “Ticket” header.

You will now be redirected to your tickets List View .Click “View Details” to go to the Transcript Details.

You will now be to see all your transcript information, including your source files. 

Delete your files from our system by clicking on the trash can icon

A pop-up window will appear on your screen, click “accept” to continue with the process of deleting your files.

Your files have now been deleted from our system!
