How to manage your folders

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a folder, how to place a ticket in it and some of the best practices when using folders. 

Once you have logged in to your portal, please go to the folders section by clicking on the “Folders” header.

On your portal, click  the button “Create New Folder”, just like the one shown below.

Name your folder and click “save”.

Once you have logged in to your portal, please go to the folders section by clicking on the “Folders” header.

You will now be to see all your folder information, including its name and its related tickets.

You may want to create a new ticket directly from your folder so it automatically allocates there. To do so, please click the button “New Ticket” just as the one shown below.

5. Set up ticket specifications

You will then be redirected to a window where you will be requested to fill in your ticket specifications, although your folder will already be selected for this ticket.

6.Create more tickets for the same folder

In case you wish to create more tickets and allocate them in the same folder, you may click the “Folders” header, then click on your desired folder and repeat the 4th and 5th step. 

Alternatively, you can create a ticket by following the usual process. In the “Put in Folder” section, click on the search box and view your folders.

After that you can place your Ticket into your desired Folder.

Folders can be useful when  working on a project with several transcription requests, as they allow you to easily locate all associated transcriptions for the project and download all of them with a single button.

Invoicing per folder

In case you have a project with several transcription requests and only require a single invoice, you may create a folder for it and request the invoice by .
